Onsite audits: an extra pair of eyes

A Fleet Titan inspector comes to your yard or site and walks around every van — bodywork, glass, lights, tyres, cab, load area, first aid kit and extinguisher — then ticks off the tools assigned to each one: present, missing or damaged.

You get a Fleet Titan report of the visit, with photographs, defects, missing tools and the actions still outstanding. Book a one-off visit or monthly, from the Audits page once you're signed up.

These are visual condition and inventory checks — not mechanical servicing, MOTs or formal inspections. Your drivers' daily walkaround checks carry on as normal; an audit adds to them rather than taking over.
